i have to thank god because i got good news this eveing that my aunt that has a very bad stroke left her paralized and the doctors said she would not or nothing she is talking now and she got feeling back in her side that is paralized and she is getting to come home next week and she is a christian said when she got home just take her to church praise god thank you god that goes to show you that god is real and that the doctor is wrong god has the healing mediciane thank you lord

Ok, I understand now, but I, personaly don't agree. I know the Lord and I know the wondeful things He can do. Many times I get happy a lot, but, so, I thank God and I tell His blessings to the ones who are around me. So, I don't think that screamming is necessary and God say to do His things with order and honestly. This is the way I see I Corinthians 4:40.

The Bible doesn't say it's wrong to shout. All through the book of Psalms, there are shouts to the Lord. In Revelations, Heaven is described as loud. No doubt due to shouting & singing. In fact, the book of Revelation uses the word "loud" 13 times.

"decently and in order" as used in the scripture you mention refers to service, not praise. If people can shout over something as silly as a ball-game, then surely Christians can shout the house down and show this world we serve THE a real God!
