@jiyitoh Its a Custumized Vehicle so i guess they made the tires in the back rotating instead of those upfront

Actually my dad drove a blown 428 hemi 68 duster wheelstander before I was born. We have pictures of it up on the skid pad off all four wheels.
The rear wheels don't turn any faster independently, it's actually independent brakes that slow down the wheels and allow it to turn. With the front wheels in the air that is the only way to steer. Just like a tank has two levers to slow the track speed and make it turn, it's very simliar in a wheelstander.
