i've been on that ride!! it was scary at first but it was fun!!!!

disney fun fact! - did you know that the reason why those windows open and close during the ride is not so you can see the view? it's actually because when the elavator moves up and down it forces the air beneath it to go down. the air has to be let out so it doesn't cause pressure. when the ride was built there was a test run but there were no windows. so when the elavator dropped it blew out the sides of the building!

and having just returned from Paris where I rode the California Adventure version of this ride, I have to agree that the Florida version is much better (though the brief view from the top is better in both California and Paris). I look forward to trying the Tokyo version in the not-too-distant future....

@asdTubeU the Tokyo Disney Tower of terror is nothing like the twilight zone's. I've only been on the california adventures.

That's the route folks take that change their mind about riding at the last moment. I believe it is also used for the baby swap. Kind of ironic that it's an elevator in a building with a wild elevator ride...

one of the drop profiles drops to the bottom and you can see the screen so you think it is over. but thene they projected the five ghost and we shot back up to the top
