@andrewdancing Yes, it was something she did to stand on her own. She was always set apart by the kids for being motherless, no one wanted to be her friend. So she started to act really different and weird to take control of that painful situation. She let her armpit hair grow to be different from the rest. It was her way of saying "I'm not gonna be a victim, if I'm set apart it's not because they set me apart , it's because I'm setting apart from them. They call me freak, I'll show them freak"
