Part 2 of my comments.... If the mother was black and father was white then the child was consider a malato which in today's term we would called this biracial ( still not accepted as white but good enough to work)! Some parts of this law is still in affect , so therefore according to this law Barack is consider black! Barack's mother didn't raise him as biracial, she raised him until her death according to how the world will view him and according to a black/ white society and its laws!

The deliberate ignorance displayed on here is aloof! It's sad! Working as a government employee I get to view and read history that never reaches the public in raw form, without being manipulated or watered down in the media as smoke screen propaganda! @90ras maby so but the fact that these idiot sick people live off him being the first black president is beyond words. obama is half-caste not black and he will never be black because he has 50% of european blood running in him. so their is no difference in calling obama white as in calling him black. but to be fully accurate they should just say mixed-race biracial or half-caste. in africa obama and every other half-caste person is considerd as white by the vast black native african population.
