Due to a conspiracy by the SSD & KGB is youtube for me the only public place to publish my inventions. I said not the overall efficiency is 100%, only that no gas can escape out of the working chamber. I lost all patents of this principle and I dont pursue it further. It is to late for me. My principle is simpler than the screw compressor, more powerful and more efficient and this all without any oil. The water jacking system made it 100% sealed for the gas component, allowed an inner cooling and allowed even higher pressures than piston compressors. In short, it is better than everything else on todays market. Any commercialization has been sabotaged by the communists. Perhaps they dont like me or they are against any progress or they have some other reason.

I see the principle, but fail to understand how the rigid veins can hold compression in the groove. As the groove changes form relavive to the vein, the two parts no longer relate the same way, and gas or fluid will escape around the vein. If the stems of the rotor were independantly hinged and spring loaded (forced into the groove), I could understand the function, but as is, I can't quite grasp what you're saying you've done.

Oil is a contaminant in a number of ways; the food industry would love such a device, since most food production lines use Pneumatic actuators and systems heavily. Thats not to mention the obvious fact that, With out oil as a temporary seal between the metal componants, it achieves COMPRESSION!! Also with out mention is the fact that it uses rotory compression system(contineous) VS the piston (up&donw)systems we have today.

In the video is a compressor only, but if you look in my patent US 4 884 957, Jul. 11, 1986, Displacement machine...you find many applications, also a rotary engine.

Most interesting is probably my "displacement turbine" or "quasi turbine". It consists of a compressor and an expander on one shaft. Both rotors run touch less max. 20000RPM.

By the way, not the industry is my enemy -- only the communists - sabotaging me my entire live.

The industry demanded an oil-free version of my invention.

My compressor with water- or oil-jacking is able to make the same pressure for the air as for oil alone -- according to the theory. But it would be still a challenge to build one for such a high pressure -- and the reward? Most applications need only few hundreds of psi.

Oil free is important where you do not want to contaminate the pumped gas with oil or in the case of small air motors for hand held use, you do not want the operator exposed to oil mist from the exhaust. I'm sure I have read about (IIRC New Scientist) a substantial reward offered for anyone hwo can invent an oil free air motor that can be made as cheaply as current oil lubricated motors. Its one of industries top 5 problems.

This is relative - the screw compressor is much louder, also every piston compressor.

The impression in a video depends on the volume adjustment. Both compressors must run side by side; than you may compare...

This was the very first minute of running and the electrical motor still cold.

In addition the motor anticipates from the water cooling system from the compressor.

The front plate touches the water filled compressor housing, what is feeded with cool water.

It is really a cool thing.

I forgot, the certification of the vessel was for 10 bar only, what my compressor easily made with only a fraction of the motor performance. (The motor got never hot.) Nobody dared to go over 10 bar and nobody know ntil today how far my compressor could go. (The max pressure in 1 stage will be in any case higher than any other compressor principle.)

I tested later a smaller version at home and reached 20 bar in 1 stage!
