  • Juice.

  • Horrible.

  • @69synn elaborate.

  • @Super1872Rangers Krs-One can touch him no bother

  • This brings back the days, but vevo needs to quit putting nicki minaj or any of today's propaganda

music "artist" on the side and put the artist of the videos we watch.

  • Rakim should be a pope in hip-hop he taught all the niggas how to flow.

  • @hiphop4life24678 He's no Pope, He's Rakim - God.

  • why are there ads on this video for "Young Jeezy", "Nicki Minaj" and some little homo named "MGK"? and who the fuck is "Waka Flocka Flame"?? today's so-called hip hop is the worst excuse for music i've ever heard.

it's sad to see my generation as a mindless group of pathetic teenage zombies trying to fit in with the "cool crowd".

I miss Eric B & Rakim. back when hip hop meant something.

  • Whoever clicked the dislike button is a twat

  • One of the best joints from one of the best mc's to ever pick up the mic. I mean if you don't believe me, download the lyrics from this song and try to rap along to it. Exactly, and this cat not only wrote it but could spit it blindfolded with both hands tied behind his back. Much respect due Rakim...artists like this need to celebrated because before long, there won't be many more left and then we're stuck with nothing but duck mcees like lil wayne

  • El Mensaje es que tú tienes la capaciadad para hacer cualquier cosa que quieras.

    Rakim,1988

  • Rakim...need anyone say more!!!!!

  • WTF!!!! Molded by GOD himself. Lyrical GENIUS! no doubt. GREATEST OF ALL TEAM.

  • Man I wish he would go back to this flow. He and Erick B. need to have a reunion. This is still the dopest song ever in Hip Hop. Canibus is the only dude that can possibly touch Rakim in intelligence. However, Rakim is untouchable with this flow.

  • @bebopdad If you think Canibus is the only one who can touch Ra in term of intelligence, you should check out K-Rino's The Debate, Ultimate Flow, Duality and Four dimensions of a Universe.

  • @Super1872Rangers I know about K-Rino and in fact like him. However, what I am talking about is the total package tone, flow, and intelligence. I do not like K-Rino's voice compared to Rakim, and Canibus. In addition, I know that there are others that have a better tone (RZA), but it is the total package that sets one apart. By the way check out a group by the name of COURAGE (The Art of Spiritual Warfare). the mc of the group has some dope lyrics, but I do not like his tone.

  • @bebopdad See I feel the opposite. Everyone knows Bis is lyrics, probably the most lyrical ever, but he has horrible flow, it's as bad as Immortal Technique's flow. I still like him despite this.

I like RZA's voice, his sloppy delivery, but the dude can't stay on beat to save his life. I think K-Rino has everything to make a great MC. I just wish there was more songs with both Bis and K in them. There's only 2 and that's from the Bis' last album.

  • @bebopdad Canibus and Nas.

  • @bebopdad nah i think canibus has more knowlegde in his lyrics...but rakims flow and the way he puts words together is unbeatable.

  • @TheHoffmanHouse I bought Rakims last Album and was disappointed I felt he should be hanging with the underground cats and not trying to appeal to 106 and Park. If he did that I think he could still drop his dopes album ever. He is the model for true hip hop and should not bow down to the industry for record sales.

  • @bebopdad actually Rakim killed Canibus in I'll Buss 'Em U Punish 'Em, but you know he's the god MC

  • @bebopdad Well said brother.

  • @bebopdad agree but k rino is a inteligent mc to listen to k rino-duality

  • straight up classic

  • he teach everybady how to do the rap

  • oh MAN WHO IS THIS GU|Y

  • @holguineddie The GOD of RAP The Greatest The Man

  • @holguineddie The GodFather of rap - google it- you'll find a king

  • @holguineddie Get up on your history man! This is the ultimate MC in his prime. I wish he was doing some stuff now with the likes of MF Doom, Canibus, El-p. It would be amazing if RA even did an album with the likes of Kanye West.

  • Maybe not the best rapper overall, but definitely the best lyricist hands down...followed by Nas.

  • @4858312 Probably the most influential

  • @4858312 In your opinion who do you think is the best rapper overall? :D

  • @mitnahbitnah Ever??? 2pac....but Rakim was the top lyracist of all time. I couldn't see Pac losing a 1 on 1 battle with anyone!

  • @4858312 pac? really?? pac had great emotional content (a bruce lee reference i know but it works in the case of pac), a crisp flow, made classic hip hop records and will forever be one of the greatest in hip hop......but pac was no battle rapper nor was he ever even close to being one of most techincally skilled rappers to ever put intricate rhymes together, so im not sure how u dont see pac losing in a 1 one 1 battle tho with any mc tho. Just sayin

  • @yugang08 trueee dat

  • @yugang08 You right man pac suck

  • @rinmaone2 If thats yo real opinion of pac then cool, u are entitled to it. I was just saying to that other dude that pac was never really a technical wordsmith so i didnt get why he said he couldnt see pac lose in a 1 on 1 battle. I guarantee pac could not hang with mcs like supernatural in a battle line for line. Thats all im saying.

  • Rakim is Hip-Hop's finest - he's still spitting fire, and personally - he's even sharper and FRESHER now. No other cat can step to this brother - not Nas, not GZA, not Mos, nobody! Rakim's The 18th Letter is example enough of how he flows without breaking a sweat, and comes up with mataphores and catch-phrases that leave your mind melted. Damn sick brother. Many may follow, but the leader leads!!!

  • Ryme Supreme

  • 4 heads who wanted a Rakim vs.BDK battle. If you pay attention Ra was the only rapper going at 3 people at once at the same time.Stop buggin he said dig him I never dug him he couldn't follow the leader long enough so I drug him(Its like a Diggum smack smack me and I'll smack you back-EPMD).Into the danger zone he sould arrange his own face it it's basic erase and change your tone(save the bass for the pipe and reaarange your tone or take a loss and be forced into the danger zone-BDK)

  • Eric B for Prez!
