actually, use your opposing hand and push your other hand so the wrist forms a 90 degrees and push a little hard until it hurts. One day it will form ninety degree angles naturally

@imJOP14 I saw somewhere that you can get that by stretching your wrists; For example, Leaning against a wall with your hand. Have you hand bending in a 90 degree angle on the wall and you should be able to do it after time. Lean on both palm and back hand.
