Its easy to complain to China but the fact is many people always ask for so much luxery and comfort that others have to suffer for it.. The only way to stop slavery is to refuse to buy products made with slave labor. China is also widely known to use underage children to do labor work in factories, which is another form of slavery. It is a long and shameful tradition in China back into the history. Don' forget "the Great Wall" was built with slave labor for ages. Imagine how many people died and burried underneath it. keep in mind that anything made in China (or any other country which set a min. wage, healthcare and/or holidays to workers)- will be manufactured by slaves, e.g. clothes, electronic gadgets, etc.

The reason why these economies are soaring is because because Western companies outsource to them because of their low wages, low tax, etc.

If you want to end slavery, you should check on how much you rely on such countries for the everyday items which you use.

Walmart is also against having a workers union. In Britain where we have the NHS to help us with medical assistance, Walmart moves into small places so that it can kill off any competition from small, specialised businesses (they do the same to every other country where they set up shop)
