The book makes the case seem "open and shut," but in order to do this, there were major misrepresentations of facts. One example, how can this book cite the discredited "hospital confession" that took over 2 months to report to police? This fabrication is indicative of the massive police frame-up, which was supported by the prosecutor and the judge----like when Gary Wakshul (who reported that morning that "the negro male made no comment") was blocked as a witness at the 1982 trial.

The security guard reported that night that she heard the confession by Mumia. Documented it and all. Hmmm....  I love these so called "eye witnesses" that keep popping up YEARS later to say that Mumia is not the killer....Such a shame.

Police never heard about Priscilla Durham's alleged report to her superior. Police first heard her account 2 months later. Further, Durham never said anything about her alleged hand written "report" until testifying in court! Neither her supervisor, nor the "report" were presented in court. The DA sent an officer to the hospital, returning with a suspicious typed version. Sabo accepted the paper (not signed) despite both Durham's disavowal of it (because it was typed and NOT hand written).
