People have been asking you whether certain politicians or celebrities are psychopaths. I've got one for you. What about Boyd Rice? I read his manifesto, saw him in interviews in a few YouTube videos, read his Wikipedia page, and I think that boy ain't quite right.
@qwexas I agree and I went on a loners' yahoo group to find some recommendations for him. This is an extreme group where one member considered non loners to be sociopaths or potential loners who were pretending to be sociable. Extreme loners can be misanthropists. I might consider Tony Blair to be a sociopath but not sure.
Lots of celebrities have bipolar disorder. It goes with being creative.
I noticed that the UK Liberal Democrat Party is somewhat behaving in a psychopathic manner as it appears not to have a core ideology to the majority of voters and is therefore very fragmented. Election literature rarely mentions national policy. A left wing candidate would be put up in a poor urban area so to appeal to Labour voters and a more right wing one in a wealthy area to appeal to Conservative voters. I don't know who is behind this.
@lemsip All I know about UK politics is Blair is PM. What you say reminds me of John Kerry, senator who lost the USA presidential election to Bush. I heard he & his entourage were touring, bought lunch at McDonald's to be seen acting like common folk, then threw it away & ate fancy food instead. He kept saying one thing then another, like he supported this & that at the same time, instead of having his own ideology. There was no 'him' to elect, only what he told A, contradicting what he told B.
@qwexas Sorry, I thought you were British. Tony Blair resigned as Prime Minister back in 2007 to be replaced with Gordon Brown. This irked me as the 2005 election should have been fought with Gordon Brown as Labour leader. In 2010 Labour lost the General Election and there is now a Conservative-Liberal Democrat coalition government.
To continue Tony Blair was pretty false and wanted to be all things to all men. There was a sketch of a comedian portraying Tony Blair in pub trying to reach the common man. He was depicted standing by a bar with a pint of beer in his hand but behind him was a glass of wine he would sip from now and then as he preferred that.
Genetic psychopaths (inbred global masonic elite) rule via their ancient Maritime/Admiralty Law (statutes)...so they still need/want our consent, and we give it to them every time...
@ThomasSheridanArts I still find it hard to tell whether somebody is a psychopath or has some other mental health problem. People with bipolar disorder go through different moods so it looks like they are trying on different personas the same with psychopaths.
i wonder whether or not psychopaths are created not just through genetics but i wonder whether the sufficent amount of love given in childhood or even as babies can alter a beings concsiousness off balance either way amount of love, lack of or too much attention maybe i am wondering whether or not this has been measured and understood it interests me because a babies brain and childs brain developes more & like u said even the psycho-p is aware of the chemical changes in the brain, a link maybe
Could be, but I have to say that the majority of psychopaths I have know came from loving, safe and secure homes. From all I can gather thus far, they come out of their mother's (very often loving) wombs this way. There is no absolute proof to date it is genetic either - although this would seem to be the best bet thus far. As for loving the psychopath - this is the most dangerous thing to do of all as it only makes them worse as they see it as a total victory over their victims. Which it is.
I am talking about not loving "adult psychopaths" here - a parent has an obligaiton to love, nurture and protect their child no matter what until they are legal age.
@kazb25 good point but how do you quantify love and attention. I mean if u had 2 twin children one of which was a psychopath (the other fairly normal) both treated the same, and both know the difference between right and wrong , but one only because he was taught, not because he cares to feel. They are indeed worth our attention allbeit at a safe distance.
@thekeythesecret my argument would be thou that coming from a logical point of view, they would not be treated the same, two people albeit twins would still have unqiue personalities thus resulting in different way to treat that peron(personality) and to answer how do u quantify love and attention, well love is hard to messure but attention is not, i guess i am thinking form a humanistic point of view and imagining uncondional positive regard as love - i guess i am think of pos and neg treatment
@thekeythesecret I know a pair of identical twins for thirty years and have come to the conclusion that one of them is a psychopath because he has destroyed his twin brother's psyche throughout adulthood to the point where he now has extreme OCD. At school the psychopathic twin was bullied by the boarding pupils and the other one had to defend and protect him so got bullied himself.
i swear i felt goosebumps all over when you mentioned when a psychopath enters a place and a cold wind comes with him. you have describbed, exactly what happens when my brother in law comes over!
There are an alarming amount of psychopaths in the foster care system. My family has done foster care for many years and I would estimate that four out of every five kids and teens that have been in our house would qualify as psychopathic as you define it in this interview. They can steal your money, kick you in the groin, and be completely mystified by the prospect that these are not good things to do. It's the amorality, not the immorality, that I find most concerning with these kids.
@ThomasSheridanArts Would be interested in the follow up book which focuses on psychopathy in childhood. Would this have anything to do with 'indigo' children whatever they may be?
The indigo children thing is too New Agey for me. I am not a fan of New Age stuff for the most part. But if people are into that scene themselves then that's their business and good for them. I am very tolerant of people's spiritual beliefs once they do not force them on me.
Any follow up book to PPLP will deal with childhood psychopathy. In fact, I am garnishing testimonies from foster parents and the like who have had to deal with the issue first hand.
@ThomasSheridanArts I think your on the right track. Any negative thought or word projected toward a child will have very bad spiritual effects on the child. (physical violence I will not imagine) Your philosophy, Thomas, is strikingly similar to the Native American Medicine Path, a philosophy disclosed by Rolling Thunder and others. Very good work. Peace
I will have to look that up. I am not that familiar with Native American philosophy - I have been always eager to spend some time really looking into it.
@ThomasSheridanArts I have an interest in New Age ideas but I pick and choose and am sceptical of some of them as being too far fetched or extreme. Likewise with religious beliefs. I find something in chakras and meridians though. However when it comes to Indigo children I'm wondering if this is just another name for badly behaved and precocious.
@lemsip I don't think the indigo children have much in common, except parents who wish to think their children are special, destined for greatness, especially if the child is diagnosed with a disorder (dyslexia, ADHD, conduct disorder) that the parent doesn't want to accept. The list of traits looks kind of like psychopathy, kind of like a vague thing that can be interpreted to describe almost anyone (Forer/Barnum effect). I'm very interested in indigo, but skeptical. More like indigo parents.
so what are people who believe them then? I mean if you look at the micro, the typical scenario is the gullible wife who THINKS her husband is a nice caring familiy man but is oblivious to his other depraved life
LIKEwise how many people believe the psychopathic politicians again and again and again, on and on, ---what is THAT shit?
The first thing is recognise that 96% of the human race ARE NOT psychopaths.
Our job is to find them and then look for the best of people in the group.
The problem has been all along is the ignorance of psychopaths and how they function. If one has the ability to recognise a psychopath ( they all give off red flags that can be detected) two things happen. The first is we give off a certain sense of power which the psychopaths won't waste their time trying to breakdown. Meet meet good people.
@ThomasSheridanArts I saw a comment on a vegetarian video claiming that people who eat meat are sociopaths because they don't have empathy or remorse for the swine, cattle & fowl. I challenged this (4% of us support the whole meat industry?), and the person said I was retarded. Either I'm both retarded and sociopathic, or somebody is pathologizing dissenting opinions to avoid really addressing them.
Well I am an animal lover and I eat meat. But I only eat meat from Free Range and humane organic farms where the animals were treated well, had full lives and so on. I have tried vegetarian diets in the past and found them difficult as I would lack energy a lot of time. This was the best compromise I could come up with.
@ThomasSheridanArts So would I especially with bad weather or working out of doors. Had some steak tonight because I had lost my appetite for days and could only eat sushi, yoghurts and bananas with beer to stimulate the appetite.
@ThomasSheridanArts -I WAS WEAK on veg diet too- but i found its b/c i didnt eat enuf iron-such as spinach- also- we get lower blood pressure/tired-b/c it takes about 6 mos for body to adjust to loss of stimulants in meat- good luck-b/c its useful to be self-sufficient when the time comes to refuse to do evil-and so coffee,alcohol,sugar/starch/fruits/grains depleted my iron etc and trigger hypoglycemia-tiredness, racing thoughts etc-i eat pecans now instead of grains/potatoes- good luck
@qwexas Militant vegetarians and vegans are best avoided. It's their choice to not eat meat and fish but why waste their time promoting it when they could be preparing healthy and delicious vegetarian meals from scratch instead of having soya based burgers. In fact I'm getting pissed off with people promoting causes and events instead of just getting on with the work.
Psychopaths like to reinvent themselves throughout life. If anybody admits to this or pressurises you to do the same run away from them fast. Reinventing yourself is only permissable in your teens.
@ThomasSheridanArts I thought I had to do this and often tried to in new jobs etc but it didn't last long as I felt depressed and bits of the old me kept creeping back.
