  • I like the new park but the old one was way better if they added gardens and more of a family feel to the new one it would be great

  • SI ESTABA EN LA 38 Y TENNYSON SI ME RECUERDO!

  • That building you refer to as the old entrance is actually the building that housed the carousel. The old arch entrance that was on the corner of 38th & Tennyson is gone.

  • Old Elitch Gardens was so much better than the new park in too many ways to list in under 500 words. The new park is a nice addition to the renewal of downtown Denver and the LoDo development. However, it just doesn't look as though it was planned out as thoroughly as it could've or should've been IMHO. The park is very sparse in regards to the landscaping that Elitch Gardens was about. No big shady trees abound to keep visitors cool. And the Mom & Pop family feel is completely non existent. =`(

  • I miss the original Elitch gardens too. Thanks for posting. Wasn't there an old arch way that said "welcome to elitch gardens"? It was really interesting to see what has come of the old park location.

  • I like it ..
