The biggest idiot was the character of Dan Ashcroft. He could have easily jacked his job he loathed in, got some crap interim job in a shop to tide himself over. Hes the fool here in this scene, he wouldn't be in that situation getting fucked off and ranting if he hadn't gone to the nightclub...The final shots the best though.

And if you're you're not laughing and taking it seriously are you as much an idiot as the people being critiqued and exposed as vapid idiots through the sheer act of trying to taking it as seriously as they endeavour to take the aspects of their equally vapid lives.
