The emperor seen here was always my fav over the chess peice emperor and the 2005 one. This one could move, actually faught, and was a lil charasmatic. :)
These aren't bad. I thought that these Dalek Chronicles and the other Altered Vistas productions would be fully animated. But they aren't, containing many stills. The animation that is there is very good (but not excellent).
Why techmki, how dare you complain about these works of CGI art! The people of Altered Vistas put their hearts into these. Lets see you do better, Smartguy!
Exactly my point! I don't claim that I could create something similar even at this medicre level. If I was creating something at this level I would not release it. As I said 'These aren't bad' but could be better.
Hi, only just realised you had a trailer on this site. As ever looking forward to your next production (Curse of the Daleks). Were they sand monsters I saw in that trailer?
If you've got Curse of the daleks, I'm sorry to say you're one the last few to have it, as it has been discontinued because of BigFinish Audio Productions.
Yes indeed, I am the fortunate one. I don't think you can blame BF though, they did allow Stuart to continue distributing his version until their one was released, something they didn't have to do and which doesn't make much sense from a hard nosed business point of view.
just been on your site and i was said to here that you aren't getting enough reviews so you have suspended work on future projects. i was going to wait for all of the cronicals to be finished before i got hem but after seeing the news on your site i will get them in january and post up a review for each one. i hope that you do continue your work as what i've seen is brilliant
Thanks, Zagreus06. Hopefully work will continue and the Chronicles will be finished (along with various other Who-strip productions) but it is dependent on feedback. I hope you enjoy them.
I havn't got another copy of dalek chronicles since I got eve of the war I might send some discs off today to one of the dubbers to dub the latest storys.
The Daleks become movie-style Daleks in the strip at the same time that the original artists' changed their reference material (i.e. Eve of the War). Before that their reference was clearly the first Dalek serial.
I hope you enjoy the productions. But for postage and some blank CDs they're completely free to everyone.
this is brill you know this has convinced me to get some of these animations because the quality is so good and it has movie Daleks in it which is just a bonus
Ps1 Graphics FTW xD

They were indeed sand monsters from a forthcoming Dalek Chronicle.

@badwolf66 A sub-division perhaps?

Is that your version of Holst Mars the bringer of war?
If so it's much better then the original.

It's based on the same basic sort of thing, just with a slightly different chord progression. Even in its longest form, it's also much shorter!

looks good so far.
good cgi.
fairly decient.
allthough i would like to see a trailer with some sounds.
ie some of the chartures talking.
because the first important thing in my mind is how do the Daleks sound.
do they sound as good as they do on tv and Big Finish audios?
so would like to see a trailer that not only shows the visuals but lets us hear what some of the chartures, AND daleks sound like.

You'll find plenty of examples of what the characters and Daleks sound like over on my site (on the Theatre page). I hope you enjoy them.
