Marcus Luttrell, thank you for all you have done & sacrificed that I may enjoy the freedoms & rights I have as a citizen of the United States of America! And thank you for touching my spirit & reminding me to never give up, no matter what!
It's men like this, that are the reason we live in the best country in the world. Don't let the media, gossip, other countries, or mainly the extreme left wing liberal society in our country tell you anything different. George Washington would have shed a tear to hear this man's story. God Bless America and let freedom ring brother.
And he didn't want to shoot the goat-herder because of the Geneva Convention and liberal media, would be down his throat. Make you feel good, liberals?
there was an A-10 that was shot Down in Afghanistan, the pilot survived but had a broken leg, he carried his ass ALL THE WAY up the mountains to evade Taliban capture, since the area was too hot for pj's, he waited 11 long fucking hours in utter pain until night time when he got rescued. Why doesn't anyone make documentaries or videos on this pilots story?
@Rijelthelovefool Marcus Luttrell lost part of a leg, was blown up, shot, watched his best friends die agonizing deaths, starved, dehydrated, was tortured, beaten, and survived multiple falls of over 500 feet. i think this man has a right to tell his story. i think every person in the military has a right to tell their story, but dont think that just because a person had a mere broken leg means that they went through more shit than this hero

Lone Survivor is very emotional, very intense and an amazing book. Marcus Luttrell is one incredible man, solider, human-being... a hero.

The guy who reported torture in Abu Ghraib deserves a lot more appreciation. People are so ignorant!
