Robert Frost - the road less traveled...I love the poem and its meaning. The teachings you present are intellectually fulfilling - my ultimate want in life. I've been searching for meaning all of my life and your lessons satisfy my ends. Thank you.
I just love listening to Ajahn Brahm's talks their so funny and interesting not a talk you can fall asleep in. I can relate to his talks despite 14 its so good. ^_^
"When you want something more, you can't enjoy what you already have." What a wonderful talk. And, that is what I truly want out of life. Respect, love, kindness, happiness, peace and to be conten with myself and what I have. Thank you Ajahn Brahm for sharing your beautiful wonderful and inspiring views. Because of you I am a happier kinder person today. I feel very fortunate and I am only 17. Thanks again and peace be with you!
I totally jumped when Ajahn Brahm was telling the story about the thief which made me laugh out loud. Excellent talk as always! Thank you, Ajahn Brahm.
To those who have problems with the audio: I the teachings get audible once you cut off the low tones (check your audio settings or subwoofer, in case u use some sort of speaker system) greetz
Thank you for another talk. It's important to define our desires and keep them aligned with the good. Take care Buddhist Society of WA, you are all doing great work for the lay people and Buddhism in general.
Once I found a magic lamp and the genie said I could have one wish. "I wish for everything always to be perfect," I said. He winked at me and vanished.
I love all of your talks, but I especially enjoyed this one. See, my name is "Genie" (though spelled differently), Thank you for making me smile. I hope that I made you smile too. That is what I really want. :D
i find that relationships are important but for many ppl, goals and achievement mean a lot to them.
