i play this by myself with at local school all the time when i work on my ball control, warm up i let it bounce then control it, then use two touches and then one touch

We often take our autistic son to the tennis courts because it's one of the only places we feel safe with him walking around (since it's fenced and there aren't a million others around)...so, after we got burned out on tennis, we started bringing soccer balls and of course it became soccer "tennis." We LOVE soccer tennis...but I still think indoor soccer is the best! I like the constant flow of mostly uninterrupted play of the indoor soccer arena. I wish there were more indoor soccer arenas.

I love soccer tennis, we do this everyday for regular practice on regular tennis courts, it really helps with not only juggling, but timing, precision, touch and a lot more...its AWESOME!

Its definately not as easy as it looks.

this is a very good trainng exersize for learning 1 touch and ball control. Learning how to control power as well.

not to mention its really fun!

i coined the name "socceyball" 9 years ago when i played it in high school, not much creativity in the name, but it sure beats soccer-tennis. toccer or soccis didn't really have a good ring until we attributed the game to volleyball and soccer, since it is basically volleying a soccer ball over a net
