This guy has it mostly correct. He is right about the Draconians being here. According to my understanding, the Draconians won this planet in a space battle. The lizards have been given time to evolve from their current form. They chose not to do that. Currently, they feed on negative energy. There are some of them that have evloved and they were hunted. Some of them escaped and managed to inform others who would stop these monsters. What happens next should be very interesting.
