A good foundation program needs to be done first EPOC training is sprint training that is running fast for 20 to 40 seconds and then resting for say twice that time such 40 seconds it is one of the best training methods out there.
Sprint-8 Intervals can be done in conjunction with weight training or even Tabata training for experienced users. It can be used for twice a day training.
I actually did something similar to this for my chest. It is a very effective and brutal technique using no rest. Great concept, good luck to anyone doing this.
