  • doesn't a first track sounds like a random encounter track from F2 to you? just a bit more modern

  • MOO

  • you have just given me an idea , silent hill fallout

silent hill but in the post nuked world

  • If you say so, I have never played Silent Hill

  • that would be a good mod

  • @jmm1233 i had the thaght a cubel times when i was playing fallout 3 daaam this could bee a super (fear oder silent hill game ) a scary game but still fallout the one time in the valt 106the fucking guhl's scared the CRAP out of me .... O__________O

  • What's the difference ?

  • Okay, i posted without reading the description.... now im the moron. Thats not the original f3 music. the f3 headline made me talk bad about ur f3 music style. Dont get me wrong, f3 isnt a bad game but f1-2 got an unreachable atmosphere. I love f1-2 more than f3. The atmosphere, the style, the story and the perspective. F3 isnt fallout for me. Its just a good game with post apocalyptic setting.

    Regards

  • Talking about that I think this is for some other game, now after the the game is out, and everything is clear I can say I am sure about it !

  • Some say old games are crap because of graphics; others say new games are crap because of gameplay, feeling, etc. (in my opinion, what bothers them is that it's a new game and they often tend to lean towards visual experience than gameplay quality, leading to thinking that all new stuff are crap).

In my opinion, all Fallout games are equally good. What bothers him is that it's a new game and so, different from what he is already familiar with. Period.

    There's a mod that remakes F1-2 in F3.

  • F1-2 had better graphics than F3 - as a matter of creativeness and overall coolness, nothing bothers me more with this franchise than the fact that current developer is not as skillful with its game in 2008 as the previous one's attempts. This is fact for me !

  • I understand your opinion but I've heard it too many times from game traditionalists.

  • No, no traditionalism, just the opposite. You know there is a moto, very favorite to Blizzard, regarding if something should be changed or not "If ain't broken, leave it !" In this case happened something different. Fallout3 is far from not being traditional, but not really fallout related, when we speak about game mechanics of course. The setting is not so well set, because of all the flaws in the story, which exist, but is far from the traditional fallout standart for story.

  • In fallout 1 , 2 you are the One. So you are not equal to them in f3. f3 for me is unfinished game, for one reason or another

  • The first song hit the spot, sounded much like the soundtrack from FoT

  • good but i think its way too techno for fallout i much prefer the cool radio songs they are happy in a dead land they suit it and the begginin ones are too scary i know fallout is a scary game but i see it more as an exploration game i explore kil things and salvage what i kill thats my main like profession and i find locations to do side quests

  • gunsnrosesrocker-Actually speaking of the music, its 1940's-50's style music and its part of the dark humour thats pretty everywhere if you havent noticed but yeah it is sorta happy-go-lucky music

  • yup i love the butcher pete song thats hilarious. he was hacking and hacking and hackin lol

  • I dont like the new expansion...

  • why not ? it looks great although i havent played it yet =( maybe you will like the next 2

  • meh suits it too much for my taste, i like i dont want to set the world on fire cuz thats EXACTLY what they did

  • Someone actually pays attention to the music while fighting? I didn't, I sort of like having ambience around as it sets the mood, but don't really consider it a music. If I want music, I turn on the radio.

  • yeah im playing old Fallout 1 and 2 soundtracks on my studio moniters while playing Fallout 3. I turned off the Fallout 3 music.

  • the first few seconds kinda suit the feel of it, but the rest? =\

  • well uh, for those who say "meh fallout 3 music sucks, it sucks to kill while listening to billie holiday" I say you don't like it you don't listen to it. just open um WMP and play your own music. or else just do not turn the radio on and the themes are all there for you to listen. in my opinion the GNR music made me addict to the game. listening to the themes you claim to fit would have made me tired of the game cause it would be just depressing to play it. it's my opinion so i'm free to say it

  • this music dosn't really fit fallout 3. i mean its good music but it reminds me more of war wind 2 "repley if u kno that game!"

  • I don't know what everyone's problem is with the middle part. It sounds Fallout-ish to me. Just think Vault City's theme from 2. That had a an industrial/rave feel to it too.

  • True true !

  • I think what they have is better then anything like this.

honestly, this is pretty lame. It's much better having the old tunes on Galaxy News Radio.

  • music isnt from fallout..

  • srry forgot he already said it :)

  • nice

  • As said before:

The start was great. Almost same as Fallout 2, but it turned out very very weird in the end.

  • whats up with that armored guy with the gateling gun is that like u with armor on can u get armor in the game

  • Maybe it will go well with it, who knows until it's released. But the music that went with Oblivion was amazing. It blended perfectly in with the game. i don't think they'll screw it up.

  • they screwed it up. its not dark/depressing enough, and the battle "music" is just horrible. imo.

  • You are right ! And many other things are burried among the aspects, making the old games dark and in the same time comic...

  • This is Fallout3 music ??????? What the fuck? Pop music? Nobody can remember Mark Morgan or the music he composed for fallout 1-2 ???? Atmosphere people atmosphere. this is shit!

  • Well surely it won't be in, but a song like the first one is really fitting to the desolated atmosphere of the game, and the second one is perfect for battle situations where you are outnumbered for example, the music has been synchronized with the screens !

  • the first bit is very much like fallout.. will you chill the fuck out man.. yeah the last bit was kinda weird. but fuck you hate the game anyways why search all these videos and then complain about it.. fucking loser. since when have you heard fucking pop music sound like that idiot..

  • Even the creator of the video was able to reply in an intelligent manner, think about it....

  • Hmm, great music, although im not too sure if its actually from Fallout 3. Whats the second track and how did you get it?

  • yep

  • umm that cow in the begging was creepy but cool

  • no, theyre going to use ink spots and other 1940s music, if you paid attention to the storyline this would make sense to you.

  • The beginning track sounds ok (even though it sounds ALOT like some of the tracks in Oblivion), but when the hi-tech sounding beeps came up, the rest of the songs sound a little too cyber-space-like. That just doesn't fit in with the retro-futuristic style of fallout.

I thought about getting this game, but now I'm not so sure, as all the noobs will be jumping on the fallout bandwagon just because Bethesda is making it.

  • shut up its a great game sorry about the other comment stupid keyboard

  • where did you get this mucic??

  • nice screenshots dude i havent seen half of dese

  • Fallout 3: Killing a game.

  • dont play it.. plain simple

  • Not going to. And to add, I'm purchasing F1 & F2 when F3 releases.

  • haha awsome there really good games.. and we dont know if fallout 3 is killing a game because weve only seen a few screen shots an no gameplay

  • Up till now, the game sounds totally like elder scrolls. Character creation, game engine etc.

  • it may be good.. at least theres another fallout game being made

  • And what's new? You obviously didn't play Fallout and F2, because those has limb targeting. And VATS is just an attempt to give limb targeting a name.

  • shut upp its a great gamed

  • yep

  • well, youre saying that because youve never played the first two.

    derrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • i guess it could fit.. depending in the type of location. if you were in like a vault or some undergroud base then it could fit

  • Halfway through it got all messed-up, what the hell happened there? It was very Fallouty in the beginning, but then suddenly it started to feel as if Im in the chill-out room at some weird rave/trance party... and that's not fallout even though they both contain a hell of a lot of drugs.

  • And I kind of have the feeling that it was a really good track with a promising intro that got amateurishly edited halfway through by some overzealous fanboy.

  • This sounds a little too civilized and cyberpunkish. Too many electronics.

  • Den was ok for Fallout 2, this on I think is ok for Fallout 3.

  • toooo faaaast for this kind of game. DEN track from F2 was the best :-)

  • No i think crappy old school 50's music will do...

  • although not perfect, this is way better than those 3 tracks

in fact, any of the F1 or F2 tracks are better than those 3 from F3 :(

  • Why wouldn't they be?
