Yes it is, and I was in the beginning like you... what O__O A ninja anime? Then I watched it, `cause I wanted to know who exactly Yoite is (OMG he`s way too hot xDD Sorry ignore the fangirlism xD) and I was surprised, yes the story is about ninja but it`s not that much extrem, it`s more about the connections that all the charas have and... OMG it`s hard to describe but it is beautiful! And you really should watch it!

My best friend watched with me the entire anime and it was so funny, `cause he was always like... They are gay and I was like: I don`t care, concentrate a bit on the story, the story is amazing and he: How could I concentrate myself when I watch some gay stuff? And me was: they aren`t gay says the describtion xDD
