aww i remember those days where I got all exited coz i might not have to go 2 school hehe those were the days. I have always wanted to go 2 texas the houses look amazing! I take it they wernt to happy about going? haha they will thank u one day :) wow weldone mission accomplished indeed
LOL those kids sound like every kid ever!! it is sooo funny to hear them gripe about it. an 1inch of snow or less... tee hee... when i went to catholic school they NEVER closed. the only kids that go to school are the ones have brains!
I remember waiting for the school bus in 1972 it was -37 degrees, plus the wind was blowing. The two combined created close to -50 degrees. That was cold in northern N.H. day.
lol those hooligans! i would have never pulled a stunt like that when i was there age! let's burn some books and blame the music they're listening too!
This vid really made me laugh! You, lady, sound like a good mom to me! A little wet on the road won't kill the kids..... I don't see you doing wheelies trying to get them an education, hahaha! I say you're a safe driver. Your kids sound PISSED! (And a weeee bit spoiled, lol).
The kids tried SO hard to give you that guilt trip! All for some water on the road, hahah!
If I had a daughter who called me the B word, wow, she wouldn't have to worry about school. She'd be in Intensive Care from a major butt whooping.
In Canada we call that kind of snow a dusting, just the opener for the main show where we have to shovel out our cars and homes from the mountains of snow to come.
I know......but this is Texas....we sit around and look at the snow when it comes.......and party..or die from weather exposure.....
Unfortunately, the B word is a joke between my daughter and I,.......a product of the rap, hip hop pop culture wars......it just became one.....Yes, my children said the MOST RIDICULOUS things to me this morning..When they get home this afternoon we are having a major apology session!
lol...great vid, lisa!...remind them of that movie..The Shining..and what happened when people got holed up inside w/that snow!!!...they'll wanna go to school real fast!!
Heehee!...We always counted on the water pipes freezing so we could get off school in weather like that!...lol

just a light dusting, ah I miss snow. It rarely ever snows anymore and if it does it melts away a day or two later.
I love the ending, "mission accomplished" haha.

The world sort of stops when this happens....

I cursed when I was a kid, but never to my grandparents. That would have been the death of me. I think you're a Saint or should be.
Apology session with a switch would be my choosing.
Videos like this remind me why I never wanted kids. Bad enough to have to teach them. :O
I remember the first time my wife saw snow. She was very excited. Now not so much, but its still a novelty for her.
