Prodigy, Devildriver and Pendulum are great (Even then, most of Pendulums new stuff is shite). The rest of those bands are terrible.

Slipknot defintily won't have a Wall of Death- most of their fans won't even know what one is. Devildriver don't do Wall of Deaths either (Although I would be prepared for some of the best Circle Pits you will ever come across- that is from past experience).

If you want some real music, listen to Slayer, Exodus, early Metallica (First 4 albums), Cannibal Corpse, Death, Morbid Angel, Obituary, Machine Head, Nile, Necrophagist and Deicide to name a few.

ACDC is alright also, but lets be honest, most of their songs sound pretty damn similar.
