He fell as he was leaving the room & I'd bet some blood was transferred onto him then, too. None of the hairs in her hand(s) matched his DNA at all. He never "confessed" to your aunt, he merely stated he kicked her (tripped over her) and knew she was dead...

The woman who lied about the lab reports and sent innocent people to prison,what damage does she suffer? Just losing her job? What about the lives she destroyed by lying and what about the real killers who are still free because of her? Sometimes the worst criminal is the one on the other side of the prison door!!

if you find this injustice particularly interesting - and eye-opening, you should really read the book by angela davis called "are prisons obselete?" . .. it's amazing - and sheds light on the decades of discrimination within the prison system . .

The deathrow cases get all the attention but the life sentences can be just as tragic even though the media find them less dramatic.
