today a tennessee congress woman defended mccain's position by saying loggers can't afford to remove logs from forests because of high gas prices. maybe that's a good thing. the forests convert co2 to oxygen. 70% of children in arizona schools require an asthma inhaler, and mccain is making it happen. we need to get retards out of our government before it's too late. alternative clean energy is available now, but big oil puppets like bush, cheney, and mccain are squashing legislation to fund it.

I'm not sure why anyone believes that oil found through offshore drilling will be used in and for Americans. The undeserving, moronic CEO's of the oil corporations will certainly sell it on the open market to maximize their profits. China, with that explosively growing economy of theirs, has no compunction about driving up the cost of oil, and the oil companies, with their explosive greed, will sell it to them. The time has come to put our efforts, money and expectations in alternative fuels.

Also all you have to do is observe who gets the good v bad coverage, who gets to be commentator, hosts, etc. i.e. KO is the only liberal show on any cable news networks, even CNN and MSNBC that conservatives call lib have multiple consrv. shows.
