If it's blue then it's not a presa canario.

Brinle & fawn colorings are more dominant than blue as blue is a result if diluted black. To get a blue dog you need both dogs to carry the blue gene. No presa's carrying the blue gene, so i'm 100% sure the pups not a purebreed :)

Allso, presa's have been bred as war-dogs, striving for brindle "camouflage". If you go to the Canary islands with a "blue" dog they'll spit and laugh in your face for bringing a mutt and calling it a presa =)

Breed standards for humans should be top off the list of priorities as 80% of humans do not fall into civilised standards along with all those pricks who govern and quote "breed standards". Soy de Canarias de donde viene esta raza :) Hasta hace poco se le conocía como Presa Canario pero se le cambió el nombre y ahora es "Dogo Canario"
