  • The kinetic restructuring(KDF-55&85 &Dual Cells) plus heavy metal removal allows the turbidity and contaminants to be removed more effectively.

The term "Fluoride" simply implies the fluorine ion is in the bond, not all fluoride is created equal.

Hydrofluosilicic acid is the most common in residential water, some of the fluorosilicic acids are easy to remove.

For sodium fluoride removal you must add additional filters.

Find out what kind and how much fluoride is in your water before treating.

  • Don't forget chlorine...

The amount of chlorine byproducts your skin absorbs and lungs inhale, may be creating an unhealthy environment, encouraging preventable diseases.

  • Carbon has zero effect on fluoride levels. It may capture some of the hydrofluosilicic acid but I don't see any way that it is going to capture the fluoride.

What I ask all sales people making such claims to do a simple measurement for me. Take a filter at the end of its estimated life and treat one gallon of 1 ppm fluoridated water and show me the amount of fluoride remaining after passing through the filter. If they can show 1 ppm in and 0.1 ppm out then they are doing an adequate job.
