I heard this on the radio this afternoon as I was walking around a little string instrument shop looking at posters of Strads and whatnot. I saw a poster of my violin teacher when she was much younger, and this piece was just perfect for the mood. I almost cried (not about my teacher, but the song.)
I dedicate this song to the two daughters I havent seen since they were children.
Their mother took them away when they were young and although I tried very hard through the courts to get access to them, she has turned them against me.
They have both grown up and been through university, and still I wait for them .
One day they will call me dad again and I will be able to tell them of my undying love and how every day I think of them.
