Two complaints:

1. For a Christmas special, I didn't find this to be particularly festive.

2. I think this placed a bit too much focus on She-Ra's characters, with most of the He-Man cast falling by the wayside.

This show was so flat. The exitement level always stays at a controled level and never really has any sort of real climax to the story. I never understood how HE-SHE is supposed to represent "good guys" when they get power and honor from Greyskull which is more evil looking than any of the Skeletor evil characters. He was released as a MOTU action figure in '86 but because the cartoon was cancelled he appeared on She-Ra instead in 3 eps "Small Problems", "Out of the Cocoon" and "Day of the Flowers", but he was referred to as Hose Nose in his first appearance. Much like Tung Lashor the Snakeman who also made his debut on She-Ra when he was initially intended for MOTU, who ended up as a member of the Evil Horde.
