I'm an old white-haired lady who no longer flies, even though I can fly for free. The last time I flew, the TSA agents put their hands on my breasts, between my legs, and even ran their fingers through my hair. The thought of it still, and will for the rest of my life, nausiates me.

The whole government is out of control, and tyranical. When the hell are 'We the People" going to rise up and put an end to this tyranny? Nothing will change until we, as one voice, demand a stop to this Marxist BS. If the government will not listen to us, we should abolish this government, and replace it with another Constitutional government. Enough is enough! Now if the TSA were all Pam Anderson Clones, It'd be different, but I'd still feel VIOLATED none the less... Seriously, are we still singing the land of the free at football games and feeling okay about this? It seems to me we're more like N. Korea... If Obama died, we'll all be crying in unison like he were Kim Il Sung, and punished if we didn't seem "sincere" enough.

'Assumed Consent' is NOT 'Consent'. When did this ever become so?

The American Constitution is a 'thorn in the side' of those who have occupied your government & who wish to carry forward 'their own ideology' & 'special interests' at 'home & abroad'.(most of congress part of the 1%) Something your Constitution, which was fought hard for, was put in place to protect ALL Americans from & something which US citizens & the politicians that are supposed to represent them ,swore an oath to do.

The paid for/funded politicians that now control the US are pre-programmed & determined to destroy America from within, -(severe forced debt/fear, = severe forced poverty/restrictions, = severe forced compliance/domination) so that they can then hand over complete control to those 'off-shore' entities that have funded them & from afar & which they take 'their' orders from. Sad times indeed if this cannot be stopped & the Constitution Restored.

@MrCriminalwatch I share your outrage. "Assumed Consent" and "Consent" are the same in the mind making the assumption, a mind which, conveniently, is never ours.

Words do not mean what you think (or wish) they do. Therefore, it's best to do two things: Learn the correct definitions, and never argue with the law on its own terms.

Examples: Never claim to "understand" your rights; that's a verbal contract where you "stand under" their defintion. Learn the dif between 'person' and 'human', too.

P.S. share-holders of corporations are people too & both must adhere to the constitutional laws & common- law values (to which the constitution was based on & supercedes any other law,) of the land they do business in/with or face prosecution. Getting someone in the US to enact them is where the problem lies. ;-)

@KillBaddBugz Jesse Ventura tried suing TSA and federal judge dismissed it. Maybe Rand Paul would have more luck but I doubt it.

@JudgeNapolitanoFTW Maybe Senator Paul's Constitutional immunity would make a difference in the judgement. I would hope. I don't think Mr. Ventura was Minnesota Governor at the time, for what it's worth. I haven't flown since this TSA business began, and I dread the ordeal. Let's face it, if you want to go overseas, driving isn't an option obviously. I dread having to face them later this year!
