In addition to the previous comment, there are vestigial legs still embedded in whale's osteological structure. That itself is the proof of evolution. Same with why we, humans, have small point bone on our pelvic area called tail bone.
@DeafArch - Scientists used to teach that tailbone and vestigial legs as useless. Now, they acknowledge complex nerves surrounding it and its complex, yet simple and important contributions to whole bodily functions. Components left behind and has become useless are now considered as implausible. Scientists are discovering how complex the function it is. That is why I mentioned "Irreducible complexity."
I'm sorry to say, but an elaborate ASL story cannot disprove evolution.
The fact is, whales are considered an evolutionist's ultimate model. Take the finger bones, encased within a solid fin? And the fact it breathes oxygen?
The argument only proves that whales descended from land mammals, and all these changes you described evolved over time, at the same time.
You seem to be implying that evolution happens one adaption at a time, thus declaring evolution as 'bogus'. How small minded, eh..?
@DeafBasement - You seem to bypass my points on "Irreducible complexity"? I am curious for your arguments against that. The scientists used to think that there are parts as such finger bones and tailbones as useless components left behind in evolution. That is have been refuted as scientists discover that those components has a complex function and purpose. Now scientists are discovering that all are intertwined and functioning as one.
