@Soulfire247 it's actually "cream of tartar" (like he says at 0:11)-a powder usually found on the aisle with sugar,flour, baking soda, baking powder etc. if not- you can try looking with the spices. (but he messed up when he said "tartar sauce at 0:37 ) It's an optional ingredient. Using the cream of tartar keeps the dough smooth & less likely to split & crack as it dries.
Everywhere I've looked said to put the map on cardboard.
