It's Itoshii hito (Beta de suman). This one is Miyavi's song from his ""Dear My Friend/Itoshii Hito" Single but it is also found on "MYV Pops" Album, "Victory Road to the King of Neo Visual Rock" Album and "Fans Best" Album.
