Since Batgirl doesn't have any powers and Kryptonite is Supergirl's main weakness, my guess is that Batgirl defeated Supergirl by hiding a piece of Kryptonite under the ring. Though Supergirl put up a fight, the Kryptonite gradually weakened her and she was eventually overpowered by Batgirl;in fact, if you look closely at Supergirl starting at 7:41, that is when the Kryptonite seems to be taking full effect and is actually killing her.
