@bmcgeevergoog She said it was planned parenthood, they say that when someone bought it ahead of time. If nobody bought it they ask for the people in the audience to name it.
I went there,August of '09.Was quite an experience. All little girls should be taken there.Would give them more of a respect for their babydolls.I purchased 2 for my grand daughters and they love them like they were real.Plus you can change the name on the birth certificate. And it becomes part of a national registry. What other toy does that, not even Barbie!!plastic injection moldings from mattel!!
oh my gosh, I have lived in Georgia my whole life and now being 24 years old, I still have to stop by Babyland every time I go to Helen or Dahlonega. It is so much fun and it's so cute too! If the baby hasn't been purchased beforehand, people can call out a name and I've had to have named at least 5 different ones. Oh, and for you people who think it might be disturbing: remember, this place is in Georgia..Bible Belt remember? Do you think the people would let C.P. get away with such a place?
I will say that I remember this as a child and it was the most AMAZING thing ever!!!! I got to name it and got a birth certificate with it!!! They have a store in there where you can by clothes, pacifiers, diapers and stuff like that! I am 4 months preggo and if I have a lil girl, I will definitely be taking her there around the age of 6 or 7 (how old I was when I went!!!!)
At 2:07, did she say "this wasn't Planned Parenthood"?
