Do you think Einstein never had problems proving relativity or Newton had problems proving gravity? Of course they did and it took time. they didn't just come up with it on the top of their head, they did experiments, formed hypothesis, collected data and formed a conclusion. not in that order mind you, but that's what happened! btw the planets being formed is the big bang.

Modern archaeology and science also doesn't support many of the stories in the bible.
