I am Cathy's daughter and I am sorry to say that she passed away on September 17th of this past year from Uterine Papillary Serous Cancer..It had metastasized to her brain in her final weeks.. She died peacefully, with her sweet husband by her side..She still looked as beautiful at the age of 69 as she did when she was younger.. She barely had ANY wrinkles.. I bragged quite often on her skin..

This song was about as regional as it could get but both sides got lots of requests to the local stations back then and was very popular. I recall they made a few appearances on John Pela's Saturday Hop.

Thank God I was fortunate enough to know Joe and Cathy Joe passed away several years ago and Cathy is in failing health now.
Joe was blind from birth but studied piano and worked for TAC Amusement for many years.
He graduated from DLSalle H S. and was self sufficient! A beautiful human being. Love you Joe and best wishes to Cathy. Thanks for the memory!
