Everyone should go check out repughiphop.blogspot.com!!! If you guys wanna check out the dopest east coast under ground tracks form the 90's, this place has it all. Just download the compilations and receive some of the under ground gems that will blow yo mind!!!
I can't describe how those piano keys make me feel. You just have to have grown up as a kiddie in the 90s when music sounded this good on a daily basis..... : (
@TheHumanBallsack Ain't it just too beautiful?!? Beats like this one and the "Return of the Crooklyn Dodgers" instrumental almost make u want to cry thinking about how dope hip hop was back then.
@dawb86 You've just cited one of the dopest piano bangers from the heat of hip hop: '95 classic man. I remember watching that scene in Spike Lee's "Clockers" back in the days of purist hip hop.....I've already got about 5000 amazing 90s hip hop joints on my pc..but I'm addicted to em so I'll keep mining day after day after day......love this shit!
yo when i hear you guys saying that stuff like this used to play on tv its just tooo hard for me to imagine with all the garbage in the mainstream now.......nice track!
Much respect for posting that. You know... I remember when this video came out. Damn... hopefully these guys can cash in as American starts to appreciate the Hip Hop golden age.
First time I heard this on college radio in '96, I was blown away. In 2012 this track still has the same effect on me, its timeless hip hop!

@POSHGEMZ "Come Take A Ride" wasn't the name of their album, it was self titled and Warner Bros. shelved it.
