  • Nice. But why is this a world record?

  • Crystal, did you stop?? =[

Oh by the way, do weighted pull ups compress your spine or do they decompress?

  • cutest thumbs up ever! :)

  • low

  • wow!

  • Athletic figure and functional strength. You've accomplished what many strive to do, yet so few actually achieve. I'm sure you're an inspiration to the others in your gym. Well done!!

  • i believe you, but dont understand how its a world record, how is it?

  • Great Job

I just got my Weighted Pull-up approved by Dale Harder 399.4 lbs

  • @ExtremistPullup That is awesome:) GREAT JOB:)

  • wow very impresive...especially for a girl....great job!

  • With her light weight, she can lift more added wt. than the big girls!

  • VERY cool and impressive! Hope we get to see more from you soon!

Being completely honest though? Back in the early 90's, I hung out with some friends in college, and witnessed a girl doing a chin-up with her boyfriend hanging onto her back by her shoulders. (We were goofing around down in the laundry room of a dorm and she did it on a dare, using the bar on one of those rolling clothes/luggage trolleys as the chin-up bar.) Don't know what the guy weighed but surely at LEAST 135-145lbs.....

  • @stronggirlsrule Thanks:) Yup there are a lot of really strong people out there true dat:)

  • @stronggirlsrule well if she did that, she could do a one arm chin up, wich i don't believe, lol!

  • Your one seriously hot lady quality strength respect uk style ;))))

  • @fastdave1001 Thanks fastdave:)

  • @cwestfitness how much do you weight?

  • YES! this is awesome

    nice work

  • There is a competition on bodybuilding . com that you might be interested in. Its a weighted pullup competition in the Misc Forum. I cant post the link but you should be able to find it.

  • @extremepullups Thanks so much for letting me know:) I may give it a go:)

  • @extremepullups

Bodybuilding . com is pretty awesome place. Not gunna lie.

  • lol the guy who walks through at the beginning looks like jake harper in future

  • I want to see some one arm negatives! I just recently became strong enough to do one arm chins myself. The ~80% of bodyweight chin is pretty accurate for me. I can do a chin with 135 at 165ish pounds and i can do 1 one arm chin.

  • damn, your so strong!

  • very impressive. Have you thought about trying to get a one arm chin? I haven't heard of any females being able to do one before but it looks like you are chinning past half bodyweight so it may be doable

  • @psicicle Thank you:) I have thought about it yes. Apparently the one arm is doable when you can lift about 75 to 80 percent of your body weight. I have not seen any women doing a real one-arm yet..Some guys on here do some wicked ones though:)

  • @danielcottle1 Nice job on that:) I will try this again soon and report back and tape it if I get good results.

  • @psicicle can you possible explain to me why she doesnt have huge lats from doing pull ups all the time with huge weight? Sooo confused!!

  • @SGTcrackey666 Well, strength is not correlated with muscle size as much as most people think. For example, it's not uncommon to see/hear of people who are 135 lb deadlifting some 400 lb. You can look at the lower weight classes in Olympic events for more examples I think.

Being a girl also means less hypertrophy.

However I think she does have quite large lats anyways.

  • Awesome! Very impressive elite class feat...

  • wow!

  • Once again...that was just plain sick. Good job!

  • I want my girlfriend to be like you when she reaches your age lol
