  • Hello. On another video you say that a special technique can help decalcify your pineal gland. How can that technique do that? I tried the technique and afterwards heard strange noises in my ears. WHOAH! That was freaky! Seriously though, how does that technique work and why?

  • Thanks for spreading your knowledge . The first thing I found when I did your trick just now is that I could hear when I stopped breathing which turned out to be a lot. Writing this I keep stopping and when I breathe I have trouble writing... working on doing both.. need a nap now..

  • @tzDub92 Are you referring to the dark brown circles under his eyes? That is a sign of poor liver health. I believe you were thinking of dark blue circles under the eyes which is a sign of poor adrenal health due to stress and exhaustion.

  • Sorry this comment isn't related to this video, but you disabled the comments on your "activating your pineal gland". I thought is was great advice and it seems like a very reasonable approach...like creating your own binaural beat...kind of. Anyway, is it really important to do it for the specific number of repetitions that you mention? 31, 62 and 81 seems like a random number. I'm just a little curious. Thanks!

  • The problem with breathing out through the nose and inhaling through the noise is you can clog the filter the system. Its best to always inhale through the noise and breath oil through the mouth.

  • I suppose going into the locks is too much, but I would suggest also learning to breathe from your belly, rather than from your chest, so as to be using more than 1/3 lung capacity. Just search "belly breathing"... @ herbgardener00 Thanks for your videos. Good job man.

  • I've heard that its better to do it whileyou are outside, take long deep breaths through your nose hold for about a second then exhale through your mouth

  • I do a similar thing when I am in class falling asleep. I hold my breath for as long as I can, then I gasp for air. At this moment in time my heart races and i am wide awake. It simply has to do with depriving your bloodstream with oxygen and when you gasp, your heart races to pump new oxygen in your body as fast as it can.

  • @herbgardner00 Great videos man :) I'm not religious either, however I find it ironical that you're not a fan of Hinduism yet the essence of many of the things you talk about on video are derived from either ancient Chinese or ancient Indian (hindu) wisdom, ie. Yoga.

    All religions teach the same thing.

    Hinduism is the earliest religion.

    Vaishnavism Hinduism teaches the same principles as Christians, Muslims and Jews..

    The misconception of it being the "Multi-God" religion is formed from the Yogic and Yoga parts of the religion.

    Just Like Catholics pray to Angels, Mary, Joseph ect... So does the Yogi's pray to their Angels.

    Vaishnavism however teaches the one true God and that he came to earth. Similarly to Christianity

  • It's all about drawing in that Energy! From the sun, the air, the [cold] water, and from the earth itself!!! Breathing fresh air in the best way possible is probably the easiest thing to do!
