also check that the pipes are mounted with the correct mounting clamps as when loose they rattle with pressure changes

you need that red valve fitting. its thats spare cone shaped piece thats attached there are high and low pressure and you have the wrong one fitted hence the noisy pipe

Change the valve for a side fil Torbeck valve, be sure to fit the High pressure restrictor.
This should solve your problem with the noise.
