It was made in the early 90's, 1994 i think. It was cheaper to buy cameras and equipment that shot in black and white. This is a low budget movie, made with less than $30,000 and made over $3million at the box office. The movie is not crap. Its a great movie.

There's a part right after this where Dante says something like "try not to suck any more dick on your way to the parking lot" and where some dude who's hanging out starts following Veronica.

I should also include the scene where Randall spits water at the customer. That with the two I mentioned above are my 3 favorite scenes of Clerks.
