It refers to training and killing monsters for the exp yes. It's just a term uses in short for massive exp and killing as you say.

ancient battle field isnt the place for grindin...its for pet exp...best place for a lvl 111 to train is in hoggy

These were the best exp mobs when I played, and my defense was the highest at the time and overkill wasn't viable.

lol at 106 i trained 35% an hour....

he also had a other vid of 108 and trained in the road, that sucked cuz you dont even train 12% there on 108, hogenye and ameon (where is now) the best xD

i dont AoE to train and im lv 93 you should i use your training method is it faster than killing higher monster than AoEing but one by one or alittle lower lv monsters and AoE?

AoE is the only way to go once past 95(u should start at 80) because the mobs gice no exp individually but AoE gives u more exp in a shorter amount of time. pill spammer FTW

both the same, but the moving AoE may get more monsters near the area that u already haven't lured in. making u have to AoE more monsters (which is good n bad depending on how hard the monsters are for u, if fairly easy it's better)
