@FreshSteff As a basketball coach I like his intensity (showing the kids the way to work out with passion and not just do the drills for the coache's sake) and coaching philosophy. I'm using some of his drills and ideas myself. I just wish he would not preach in the end of his videos. As an unbeliever I can't see how faith in Jesus Christ helps you become a better basketball player. I know he puts more into faith than that, but he's still preaching.

It's actually pretty close to 90, because when you bend down, your knee goes forward. It looks like it's more like 120, because your foot is still flat, and the ground is always level, but the angle between your calf and your quad is pretty close to 90.

are you retarded? there's leg protection everytime he goes by the defender. he utilizes his cross step (right leg going left) and his open step (right leg going right) in every example. the right leg is always between the defender and the ball. on top of that, his arm and body are also protecting the ball.
