Wonder where this is, used to see birds/starlings do this when I was small (not as many though) but all the little birdies have been disappearing over the last 10/15 years hardly ever see any now....ah Roma !

@acavideo The problem is for you Liberal people is you want to force everyone to behave the way you want. Carlin is saying what each individual should do or we as a people. Do that by educating and evolving how we do things not taxing us into the stone age. The most trashy, polluted places on earth are the poorest places, so make us all poor and we can't afford to do the right thing. @GilaTomster : i actualy think we are still very smart and thanks to modern technology which by the way is not all that bad for the enviroment been that there is no emisions, LCD screens use way less power than the old CRT etc.. we now have the world wide web being more popular than ever, people sharing information and learning by looking past the dominant discourse ie: TV and radio. the planet is becoming a better place we will learn to appreciate it :)
