Live although, you're able to hang out with friends easier and you have avatars and facebook and shit. Soo it's got some nice add ons and because you pay, there is more server attention.

Although I dont necessarily like their layout, it's too complicated with to many tabs up and down and 2 the side, and too much time spent scrolling and signing in to do different things.

PSN, is simple you can just scroll down and everything is there and neat.

Personally I like PSN more than Live.
