Just saying this isn't the correct ending the correct one is you do all of this but you have to give TK zombrex, in this case he didn't. If you give him zombrex you'll discover that TK kind-napps Katey and you have to save her.

When TK pinned him down on floor with zombies crawling over him the lift would of gone down back to saferoom which would of been crawling with zombies. So he would of been overwhelmed by zombies

2 LMG 2 Super BFG 'll do it just fine. Super BFG for clear area and take u time shoot him U got enough ammo to kill. First time I fight him I run out of ammo becouse I'm not prepare for gun fight. But I win by thown plate. Lucky me that He almost die before I run out of ammo.

What level do you need to be to be able to drop kick?

Easiest way is to front kick him and then when he's on his knees just club him a few times with the sledgehammer. repeat that about 4-5 times till he's dead. Its so easy that way you dont even need to use your health ups and only takes about 5 minutes.
