It's so nice to see someone perform this WITH the introduction, as Sor wrote it! Most guitarists start with the Tema, leaving out that lush intro - what a waste. Angel is performing from the original Sor version of the music, the first edition, before it was bastardized by other guitarists and editors who added and changed things to their own will - to the detriment of the piece. That's why some notes seem "wrong" to some. Sorry - YOU are playing the WRONG notes, not Angel!

Did you know Romero doesn't even play the right notes? He makes some changes just like that, like a diva... He doesn't have any respect for the composer, why should I respect him? Because sheepish guys like you will tell me I'm arrogant?

@nicoguitar78 Excuse me, but Romero is playing from the original Sor manuscript - which I happen to own, and performed from in my own recitals, 20 years ago. The notes are not wrong, editors and other guitarists CHANGED the original, not the other way around. Do you REALLY think a virtuoso like Angel Romero couldn't learn a piece as easy as this (yes, compared to others, it's easy)? Wake up and smell the music.

My friends, study a bit of counterpoint to improve your voice-leading on guitar. It makes a world of difference when you can feel where each line is going. Never play mechanically, slow down a bit and give air to your phrases. Also don't feel obliged to work on repertoire you don't feel attracted to, unless you want your renditions to be totally inconsequential. Angel shows us a true understanding of structure and taste,always delivering the goods with feel! Good luck, everyone...

That is a common quality of good players : they make it look easy. They almost look bored sometimes, even when it is a terribly complex piece!
