History shows all Democracy's fail and into dictatorships. There are other republics out there but ours was set up different. We now have a dictatorship on full march here. We have not seen anything yet in what is on the way. Moral decay is also rampant here. Look out. The world is changing fast.
Haha, i'm pretty sure that USA was democratic from the very beginning, bro. The fact that something is a republic doesn't make it undemocratic, you still have votings and you still chose your president. Just because you guys over like to put it "DEMOCRATS VS REPUBLICANS", which itself is completely retarded, doesnt make it democracy vs republicanism.
@homebrewer7 Youre country is now ruled by the Illuminati, all ur leaders do (Rep or Demo) invade countries and steal their oil. 9/11 was a lie. Youre government was and is a key part in the NWO.
id vote the ukip if they hadnt taken the islamaphobe stance for no apparent reason. it is weird how farage says on one hand fuck the one world goverment, but in the discussion with salma yaqub seems to want to follow the french down the snake pit. yaqub destroyed him on that topic. they should drop picking on muslims as they are potential voters, even for their anti-immigration policies
Not one main stream party mentions a *referendum* or the peoples just right to choose.
All I want is the right to choose, if the majority want to remain in the EU then great, if not then great too.
A vote for the LibDems is not a vote for liberalism in democracy because the so called LibDems are in no way Liberally Democratic because the are for the EU with no referendum. A vote for the EU (YES) but hardly liberal.
Conservatives: Beginning of opening sentence, The Conservative Party believes Britain's interests are best served by membership of a European Union....
Labours: Paragraph 1 - sentence 2, opening words Our dedicated engagement in the EU....
LibDem: Paragraph 1 sentence 6, opening words Britain can and should lead in Europe....
Note: the Lib Dem policy on the EU starts out deceptively but read it though and youll get to the numb of it.
@deskpot1 i think it will make a difference if people see brions having a more freedom or a better life other european people will want change in their country

Nigel's right apart from at the start he said it wasn't clear that the Tories wouldn't have a referendum if it had been ratified. It was and it would be pointless to have a referendum on the treaty because it's too late to un-ratify it. But as I say, Nigel is right and we need to be governed by our own country. The Tories are being a bit populist on this. But I think David will do a good job next year. Any luck they'll get elected and then reveal that they're more EU sceptic than they seem.
Bullshit, it's full steam ahead with the EU agenda. The whole political system is corrupt and treasonous. David is a clown and belongs in prison with the rest of them.
We no longer want a referendum. We want a party to stand on a platform of taking us out. No one has the right to remove my 'inalienable' sovereignty by means of a scam vote. - I cannpt have my sovereignty removed and no one will vote it from me!
exactly right Mr Farage, where's the democracy in us being a part of the EU? The public were never even asked if they wanted to be in the EU in the first place, the EEC yes!, but not EU, which are almost completly different really. Besides a free trade commonwealth would be MUCH better :-)

i think the problem is we vote for men not ideas, did you vote for your country to go to war?
if people voted for ideas they would be less stuuuped and much more involved in the process - possibly

@slanker786 u have sucked on to the fascist Muslim expression 'islamaphobe' why
i mean they are aloud to say " Jews are pigs and will burn in hell fire!"
but if the west criticises a Muslim its branded islamaphobic and then Muslims shout out for jihad!
the fascist far right Islam has no place in the liberal west

Sorry also note that the LiDems say we could and should lead in Europe. This is ridicules because where is the liberal democracy in the word should.
Could we is laughable because but 2015-2020 the UK will not even be a member of the G8.
The UK, we will be a MINOR power in the EU and a minor power is in no way going to get any sort of leadership.
(Pipe dreams)
