This vid surprised me very much though I don't know whether these clouds are evidence of the earthquake weapon.

This is a Doppler weather screen, Doppler Radar detects shifts in radar reflections, ground scatter, is removed because there is normally no "shift" in reflections, but during an earthquake, the ground scatter will show up, as the TX/RX dish is shaking with the Earthquake, creating doppler shifts, of course the HAARP nuts wont bother themeselfs with common sense or facts, they will continue believing this nonsense, its more fun i guess.
Actually, the earthquake happened 6 hours after this image had appeared. And the epicenter was about 600km away from the center of this circle. So I'm skeptic that HARRP influenced the earthquake. However, it is interested about why this strange radar echo had appeared. The beacon for watching meteor vibrated intensely at the same time. Here in Aus we've had many strange weather patterns similar to this over the last year or 2. Check out the videos, they are more distinctive than this one. There have been some white circles, some dark red circles and some white with spikes around the perimeter. Mostly around the QLD area and W.A. Then a few months ago we had those inland tsunamis start from QLD, then we copped that massive cyclone, and just a few days ago 15000 fish and crabs washed up dead in W.A. Pray for us! First frame is 17:30 last frame is 23:30, each frame 30 minutes apart.
Circle develops and vanishes in 1 hour; ca. 17:30-18:30.
To the northwest over a city is a stationary cloud "pole" forming which splits but maintain direction of axis, pointing towards 1/2 of south west circle radius. Seen at first at 17:30 over this city, northern end visible until 22:00. Axis maintained for hours, other cloud system moving.

とあるデータベースで三十分間隔のレーダー画像があったのですが、ほかの二種類の画像はしっかり数年分残っていたにもかかわらず、レーダー画像（本動画の画像も恐らくこれかと）だけ２５日以前のものが全て吹き飛んでいました。

this is a typical HARRP circle. ans it perfectly covers the densely populated area of grater Tokyo area. clearly artificial and intentional.

it seems the center point of the rain cloud is at "the US navy base of yokosuka".
I worry if somehing electoro magnetical power will suffer to japanese people who are living around yokosuka( Miura peninsula)

This is an act of WAR. Japan does not have a nuke but it has dollars and treasures they are good as nukes they would wipe America off the map if they dumped them.

This Data is a real thing that it is from the Meteorological Agency；Japanese government institution. A lot of Japanese saw this image on the site of the Meteorological Agency in real time.

This vid surprised me very much though I don't know whether these clouds are evidence of the earthquake weapon.
A lot of Japanese who saw this vid think that "there is Yokota base of the U.S.Army in the center of the cloud. Therefore, the U.S.Army might have experimented on the earthquake weapon".

This is a Doppler weather screen, Doppler Radar detects shifts in radar reflections, ground scatter, is removed because there is normally no "shift" in reflections, but during an earthquake, the ground scatter will show up, as the TX/RX dish is shaking with the Earthquake, creating doppler shifts, of course the HAARP nuts wont bother themeselfs with common sense or facts, they will continue believing this nonsense, its more fun i guess.

Actually, the earthquake happened 6 hours after this image had appeared. And the epicenter was about 600km away from the center of this circle. So I'm skeptic that HARRP influenced the earthquake. However, it is interested about why this strange radar echo had appeared. The beacon for watching meteor vibrated intensely at the same time. It is also interesting that there is the US neval base in the center of this circle whether a coincidence or not.

maybe russia did it. russia has a long history of dislike of japan and claims to have that kind of technology. the U.S. has never made such claims.

CBC did a story on HAARP and ask if they could do this with it. And the official said no because we would need to pump a lot of power in order to accomplish it.
Thus admitting it was possible if the power was increased.
